Hot Stone Massage
The healing power of warmed stones has been recognized by numerous cultures for centuries. The deep heat of stones penetrates the muscles, providing an immediate relaxation response. Mentally, the individual can reach a state of relaxation within minutes of applying the first stones. This treatment is incorporated with both hand and stone massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a therapeutic massage that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It's aim is to release chronic tension of muscles, reverse bad posture, aiding as a stress reducer. The strokes of Deep Tissue are beneficial for those in excessive fitness training programs to those who are involved in prolonged computer work. Deep Tissue may create some soreness during and following the treatment, however most people experience great relief within the next 24-48 hours.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage (pregnancy massage) is a form of therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the pregnant woman as her body progresses through dramatic changes. Prenatal massage promotes relief in muscles and joints, relaxes the mother and baby, and more. Prenatal massage is begun during the 2nd and/or third trimesters of pregnancy while lying on her side.

Cupping Massage
This is an upper body massage treatment that is designed to loosen extremely tight muscles and breaking up stagnation in the tissue. Cups are applied to the skin with suction creating a pressure that the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn into and held in the cup. Some of these cups are moved along the surface of the skin and a certain amount of marks are expected as the vacuum brings blood to the surface of the skin. This treatment is not recommended for those who are opposed to the appearance of bruising.

Reflexology Treatment
The philosophy of reflexology goes back thousands of years beginning in Ancient Egypt, China and India. It is based on the idea that our feet and hands have "reflex" zones that are linked to other parts of the body. Congestion or tension in the foot can indicate struggles in the corresponding part of the body.

Facial Massage
This treatment addresses tension headaches, nasal congestion, TMJ disorders, and migraines. Pressure points will be stimulated in the face and neck to increase relaxation through the entire body. Flowing massage techniques will help to increase circulation throughout the face. A scalp massage stimulates the nervous system because the scalp is teeming with nerve endings. Regular facial massage helps to tighten and lift the facial muscles to help you achieve younger looking and healthier skin.
