3 words to describe your bodywork?
Deep. Therapeutic. Purposeful.
What makes you a great massage therapist?
The thing I love the most about practicing massage is that there is always something new to learn. That’s why it’s called a practice. Whether it’s from clients or colleagues, I am always excited and eager to learn new things. I also am known to have a more focused, deep, trigger point oriented, and slow approach to my massage, which in return helps clients heal and regain range of motion, and even in some cases – confidence.
What type of bodywork do you like receive?
I am actually a bit of a wimp with pressure – so I like to receive a medium swedish type massage with some localized firm pressure points.
What do you do when you are not at the studio?
I enjoy traveling immensely and am currently planning a trip abroad back to London at the end of next year, and Japan sometime in 2021. I am also attempting to learn Spanish and French.
Mountains, ocean, or desert?
Ocean for sure.
Do you have animals?
Two cats that we rescued, Torty, our beloved fat tortoiseshell/calico and Prince, our slender black cat. He was actually believed to be born the day Prince the singer died, hence the name.
Oooh this is hard. It’s a tie between Reeses PB cups and Ruby Chocolate.
